By using Subli.one and purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
1.1 Subli.one provides digital services, subscriptions, and memberships delivered electronically.
1.2 All products are digital and not physical goods.
1.3 Specific service details and subscription duration are indicated at the time of purchase.
2. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
2.1 Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
2.2 Accepted payment methods include:
• Bitcoin (BTC)
• Litecoin (LTC)
• Bank transfer (where available)
2.3 Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
2.4 ACCOUNT BALANCE (STORE BALANCE)
Users may add funds to their Subli.one account balance in order to simplify future purchases on the platform.
Funds added to the account balance are intended exclusively for purchasing digital services available on Subli.one.
Balance top-ups are final and non-refundable to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.
Funds stored in the account balance do not expire and may be used at any time for any available service on the platform.
Subli.one reserves the right to refuse balance withdrawals or external refunds if the balance has been added voluntarily by the customer.
In exceptional cases, Subli.one may, at its sole discretion, offer:
• balance credit adjustments
• alternative or equivalent services
• partial refunds with administrative fees deducted
3. DELIVERY
3.1 Standard delivery time is up to 24 hours after payment confirmation.
3.2 In rare cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete information.
4.2 Account security after delivery becomes the customer’s responsibility.
4.3 Misuse of services or violation of third-party platform policies may result in service termination without refund.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Subli.one is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, restrictions, or policy changes.
5.2 Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
6. REFUNDS
All digital sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
