What You Need
Before purchasing, please make sure you have:
- An Xbox console or a Windows PC.
- A stable internet connection.

You can choose the setup that works best for you:
- Use the provided account as your main gaming account, or
- On Xbox, set the provided account as My Home Xbox and continue playing on your own Xbox profile.
If you plan to use Game Pass on PC, please note that game sharing works differently than on Xbox and has some limitations. We recommend reading the Important Information section before purchasing.

How to Start
Xbox (Recommended)
This is the recommended setup for most players and only needs to be completed once.
- Complete your purchase.
- Wait for your delivery email.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account we provide.
- Set the console as My Home Xbox.
- Sign back into your own Xbox profile.
- Download and play Game Pass games from your personal account.
Your achievements, save files, friends, and personal settings will remain on your own Xbox profile.
Xbox (Alternative)
If you prefer not to use My Home Xbox, you can keep the provided Game Pass account signed in on your console and switch to your own profile whenever you want to play.
PC
Game Pass works differently on PC than it does on Xbox.
- Complete your purchase.
- Wait for your delivery email.
- Sign in to the Microsoft Store using the account we provide.
- Open the Xbox app and sign in with the account you want to use for gaming.
- Download and launch supported Game Pass games.
Some games may require additional launchers or accounts, such as EA Play or Ubisoft Connect. Because of how PC game licensing works, not every Game Pass feature is shared in the same way as on Xbox.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 hours during our working hours.

If unexpected technical or supplier-related issues occur, delivery may take longer. In rare cases, it can take up to a few days. If this happens, we'll keep you informed until your order has been completed.
Important Information
This product includes a new Microsoft/Xbox account with an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
After successful delivery, the account becomes your responsibility. You're free to change the email address, password, and security settings at any time.
We do not intentionally store your account credentials after your order has been completed.
Subscription Duration
Your subscription will be active immediately after delivery or activation.
Microsoft calculates subscription time using its own system, so the remaining number of days shown on your account may differ slightly from the advertised subscription period, especially with longer plans such as 12 months.
This is expected behaviour and does not affect the value of your purchase.
Xbox
- The recommended setup is My Home Xbox.
- After the one time setup, you can continue playing from your own Xbox profile.
- Your achievements, save files, friends, and personal settings remain on your own account.
- In most cases, you won't need to sign in to the provided account again.
PC
Game Pass sharing on PC works differently than on Xbox.
Please note:
- You must stay signed in to the Microsoft Store using the provided Game Pass account.
- You can sign in to the Xbox app using your own gaming account.
- Xbox Cloud Gaming is only available on the provided Game Pass account.
- Game Pass Perks remain on the provided Game Pass account.
- Member exclusive offers and Microsoft Store discounts remain on the provided Game Pass account.
- These subscriber benefits are not shared with your personal account.
- Some games require additional launchers, such as EA Play or Ubisoft Connect.
- Some games, including Diablo IV, Call of Duty, and certain Rockstar Games titles, may not work with this setup because they require the subscription to be verified on the same account.
Microsoft may change its services, subscription rules, eligibility requirements, or account systems at any time. These decisions are outside our control.

Why is the PC setup different?
Game sharing works differently on Windows than it does on Xbox. Because of Microsoft's licensing system, some features and games are only available on the provided Game Pass account.
Can I use Xbox Cloud Gaming?
Yes, but only on the provided Game Pass account and only in countries where Xbox Cloud Gaming is officially supported.
Will I receive Game Pass Perks and member discounts on my own account?
No. Game Pass Perks, member exclusive offers, Microsoft Store discounts, and other subscriber benefits remain linked to the provided Game Pass account.
What should I do if something doesn't work?
Please contact us before changing account settings, security information, or region settings. We'll review the issue and do our best to help find a solution.
